Taiga Hard SUP - ROOT Collection Akoya 9'5

The Akoya Root collection board is the new favorite board of the entire TAIGA team, its unique design and meticulous construction make it your favorite too.

The Ayka Root collection board is an All Around board for a variety of uses on different waterways. Use for cruising, SUP surfing, SUP yoga or SUP surf. The meticulous design of its shape offers a superb glide as well as a good stability in a more compact than average board.

Its construction with Paulownia wood veneer over its entire surface gives it its uniqueness. She has an unusual look that will turn heads.

New in 2021: TADAM !! Here is the new ROOT Collection !! Last summer we introduced you to the "All Wood 10 'x 32" - Limited Edition "model which was supposed to be only a 1 year limited edition. However, with COVID it was so popular and loved , and moreover you have harassed us so much;) that we have returned as a collection with 3 different shapes but under the same construction / design.

Construction: 

• Foamcore, EPS 15 kg/m³,CNC machined for shape precision
• Fiberglass and epoxy sandwich structure. Layer of real Paulownia wood (wood veneer) to add strength to the structure as well and for the look.
• Strignerin PVC
• High density PVC foam reinforcement: On all inserts (fins, leash, grip) and under the surface of the feet (deck pad) to avoid reinforcement.

	Fins (included) : Truster fin configuration. 1 central fin made of fiberglass and wood + 2 side fins made of wood.
	Ergonomic handle: In the shape of an inverted V, to have a better grip and facilitate transport.
	Bungee elastic: 2 plugs at the front of the board with bungee elastic for transport.
	EVA deck pad: EVA foam mat, 4mm thick with non-slip crocodile finish.
	Kick taildeck pad: Diamond / crocodile rear section with kick tail for SUP surf.
	Fin transport pouch (INCLUDED): With several items: Keyring, screwdriver for central and side fins as well as several stickers.
