Shipping and handling
We offer deliveries everywhere in Canada (besides SUPs and surfboards) with Canada Post. Once you placed an order, you will receive a tracking number. Deliveries take about 2 to 7 business days.
Returns
All products sold on sale are final sales. We don't accept any return or exchange.
We don't accept return or exchange on the following products : Wetsuits, wetsuit booties, swimwear men and women, surf wax and leash.
To return a product, simply email us at [email protected] and we will send you the return code. After, you will be able to send back your product if (see articles 9 of the Terms and Conditions if necessary):
◦ The original tags are attached.
◦ The return request is made within 14 days of the reception of your order for a refund or an exchange.
◦ Items must not have been worn, altered, damaged or washed.
◦ Proof of purchase required
◦ Products bought on sale can't be reimbursed or returned for an exchange. It is a final sale.
* The shipping fees are non-refundable unless agreed upon with a store manager; however, we will cover the shipping costs for returning your items.
